HisabBox subscriptions are sold and billed through Google Play. You can cancel anytime; cancellation stops the next renewal.
1. Trial
The trial costs ₹1 and lasts 1 day. If you do not cancel before it ends, your ₹399/month subscription starts automatically. Cancel during the trial and you will not be charged ₹399.
2. How to cancel
- Open the Google Play Store app.
- Tap your profile picture › Payments & subscriptions › Subscriptions.
- Select HisabBox › Cancel subscription.
Uninstalling the App does not cancel your subscription.
3. After you cancel
You keep full access until the end of the period you have already paid for. No further charges are made.
4. Refunds
- Within 48 hours of a charge: request a refund directly from Google Play (Order history › Request a refund). Google decides these requests.
- After 48 hours: email support@hisabbox.app with your Google Play order number (starts with GPA.). We review each request and reply within [7] working days.
- We generally do not refund partly used months, except where HisabBox did not work on your device due to a fault on our side, or where Indian law requires it.
- The ₹1 trial fee is not refundable.
Approved refunds go back to your original payment method through Google, usually within 5–10 working days.
