These terms are an agreement between you and ArthaIQ, 190 Pragati Nagar, Indore, Madhya Pradesh 452012, for use of the HisabBox app. By installing or using HisabBox you accept them.
1. Who can use HisabBox
You must be 18 or older and able to enter a binding contract under Indian law. HisabBox is meant for shopkeepers and businesses that receive UPI payments.
2. What the service does
HisabBox reads payment-received notifications on your Android phone and announces them by voice. It is an alert tool, not a bank, payment app or proof of payment.
- HisabBox depends on your UPI app showing a notification. If that app delays, hides or changes its notification, HisabBox may miss or misread a payment.
- Battery savers, Do Not Disturb, low volume, or the App being closed by your phone can stop announcements.
- Always confirm large or disputed payments in your bank or UPI app. ArthaIQ is not responsible for goods handed over based on an announcement alone.
3. Subscription and pricing
- New users can start a 1-day trial for ₹1.
- After the trial, the subscription renews automatically at ₹399 per month until you cancel.
- Billing, renewals and cancellation are handled through Google Play. Prices include applicable taxes unless shown otherwise.
- We may change prices with at least [30] days' notice in the App or by email; the new price applies from your next billing cycle.
4. Your responsibilities
- Keep Notification Access turned on and the App allowed to run in the background.
- Do not copy, resell, reverse-engineer or misuse the App.
- Do not use HisabBox for any unlawful purpose.
5. Intellectual property
The HisabBox name, logo, app and website belong to ArthaIQ. You get a personal, non-transferable licence to use the App while your subscription is active.
6. Availability
We work to keep HisabBox running but do not promise it will be uninterrupted or error-free. We may update, change or discontinue features.
7. Limitation of liability
To the extent permitted by law, ArthaIQ is not liable for indirect losses, lost sales, or losses from a missed, delayed or incorrect announcement. Our total liability is limited to the amount you paid for HisabBox in the [3] months before the claim.
8. Termination
You can stop using HisabBox and cancel anytime. We may suspend accounts that break these terms.
9. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of India. Courts in Indore, Madhya Pradesh have exclusive jurisdiction.
